Peter W., Naomi G., Stefan G. and Jim G. enjoyed beautiful weather for this mid-week paddle.

With the water level being down about 6 to 10 feet, a small shingle beach has been exposed in the launch area, which made setting off and returning much easier than others have experienced in past years.

However, it did mean the large island at roughly the midpoint of the reservoir could not be circumnavigated, so we took the western passage to and from the northern section of the lake. stopping off for lunch on one of the larger islands in that section.
