Membership Application & Waiver
The application and required waiver form is available for online completion. For a family membership (2 adults in the same household) both adults should complete the form.
Dues ($15 individual, $25 family) can be paid via PayPal using this link, or by mailing a check to HRCKC (the current membership mailing address will be sent to you via email after you submit the form).
Our membership year ends on December 31st. However, if you join in October, November or December, dues will be waived for the following year.
If you prefer to print, complete, and return a paper application, a pdf form is available for download here. For a family membership (2 adults in the same household) a form should be completed by both adults.
Note: Members must be at least 18 years of age. Minor children may participate in club activities with the agreement of the Trip Coordinator and if accompanied at all times by at least one of their parents or guardians or an adult member authorized by their parents or guardian to act in their place. Minor and parent or guardian must sign the guest waiver before participating.
